Every Wilson pontoon is molded and shipped from 900 Stow Street, Kent, OH 44240. Orders move out in enclosed trailers and vans — we do not use open flatbeds, because we won't ship our pontoons exposed to road grit, weather, or UV in transit. Customers are also welcome to pick up directly at the factory/warehouse when scheduled in advance.
Why enclosed trailers/vans only
We don't ship Wilson pontoons on open flatbeds. Customers expect a clean, undamaged product on arrival, and enclosed transport keeps the rotomolded surface protected from road debris, weather, and UV exposure during transit.
Worldwide freight
Wilson ships worldwide. Every quote includes door-to-door freight to the deployment site — we coordinate enclosed LTL and van freight across North America and consolidate international ocean / air freight when needed.
Factory pick-up
Customers can pick up orders directly at our Kent, OH factory/warehouse when availability is confirmed in advance. Call dispatch to schedule a pick-up window and we'll have your order staged for loading.
Lead times
Lead times vary by diameter, length, and order quantity. Contact us with your project details and we'll confirm a ship or pick-up date in writing.
Offload planning
Wilson floats are light enough that a 24-inch pontoon is two-person liftable. For larger loads we recommend a forklift on site — our team can walk through offload logistics before the truck rolls.
Warranty replacements
Wilson products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty replacements ship in the same enclosed transport as new orders.
